Does the thought of smoking joint after joint, bowl after bowl, or dab after dab sound great to you? If so then you probably already know the answer to the question does smoking more weed get you higher or keep you higher longer?
Science Was Curious
Science must have wondered the same thing because lo and behold they set out to find an answer to this question. Smoking excessive amounts of weed does, in fact, make your buzz last longer. THC that is stored in body fat also burns up keeping it in your system longer.
The more you consume, the more you’ll have in your system. The this doesn’t actually give you the same feeling as you get right after smoking a joint it can still affect you for several days. Overdosing on cannabis will require you to take a nap.
Possible Side Effects
Upon waking up, you might have a weed hangover where you have a slight headache or feel very sluggish and tired. Don’t try to be a rap star and blaze blunt after blunt if you’re new to consuming weed. Start slow and remember you have to learn to crawl before you can walk.
Smoking more weed will also increase how high you feel or the intensity of your buzz, to a certain degree. Once you reach a certain point of intoxication, you really can’t get any higher. One of two things are bound to happen.
One of Two Things Are Bound to Happen
You are going to eat everything in sight and then take a serious nap, or you’re going to take a serious nap and then wake up and eat everything in sight.
Generally, you’ll be able to determine what the right amount of cannabis for you is within a couple of sesh’s and seeing how cannabis has never caused a single death, you never have to worry about not waking up from a weed coma.
